The application must provide residents with tools for event management, maintenance requests, rent payments, and community interaction. It should also offer property managers a backend system for managing these processes.

The platform must provide comprehensive property management capabilities, including financial accounting, guest transaction processing, reporting, and integration with external systems.

The Building Passport application will allow users to capture, store, and access comprehensive building data, including construction details, maintenance records, environmental information, and emergency protocols. It will provide a user-friendly interface for data input, management, and retrieval.

The application will provide functionalities for property listing, search, booking, communication, financial transactions, and user dashboard management.
